The PC Technician

The PC Technician was established in 2007 by Gary Mander. Based in Billericay, he wanted to provide IT support based around customer service. Computer sales and repair is a sector packed full of jargon and technical terms. Gary wanted to provide a thorough, transparent service, without the jargon.
